TERMS OF DISSERVICE
A Sacred Pact Between The Confessor and The Keepers of the Archive
By entering these words into the Confessional, you (“The Confessor”) willingly and knowingly offer your testimony, story, confession, declaration, memory, account, or statement (“The Submission”) unto the custodians, operators, affiliates, successors, representatives, and assigns of this platform (“The Archive”).
In the spirit of truth, witness, absolution, testimony, and shared human experience, you affirm and covenant the following:

I. THE OFFERING OF WORDS
You declare that your Submission is voluntarily given of your own free will, without coercion, duress, or expectation of secrecy beyond what is expressly stated herein. You understand that the Confessional is a public-facing forum intended for storytelling, commentary, artistic interpretation, education, entertainment, spiritual reflection, discussion, and media publication. By submitting your words, you knowingly release them into the stewardship of The Archive.

II. GRANT OF RIGHTS
You hereby grant unto The Archive an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, and unrestricted license to:

publish, display, reproduce, distribute, archive, adapt, edit, translate, summarize, excerpt, dramatize, perform, record, narrate, monetize, and otherwise use your Submission in any form of media now known or later devised. This includes, but is not limited to: website publication, podcasts, videos, livestreams, books, merchandise, advertisements, social media, audio recordings, voice reenactments, theatrical readings, narration and future derivative works. You acknowledge that The Archive may alter formatting, grammar, spelling, structure, pacing, tone, or presentation for clarity, style, safety, legality, production, or artistic purposes.

III. THE VEIL OF IDENTITY
You acknowledge and understand that: submissions may be published anonymously, pseudonymously, partially edited, or accompanied by commentary or interpretation. However, The Archive makes no guarantee of anonymity unless explicitly stated elsewhere in writing.
You agree not to submit personally identifying information belonging to another individual without lawful authorization.

IV. TRUTH, OWNERSHIP, AND AUTHORITY
You affirm that: you possess the lawful right to submit the material, your Submission does not knowingly violate the rights of another party, your Submission does not unlawfully infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or confidentiality rights, and you possess the authority to grant the rights contained within this Covenant. You further acknowledge that stories may contain opinions, memories, interpretations, satire, exaggeration, or subjective experiences, and The Archive bears no obligation to verify factual accuracy.

V. RELEASE OF CLAIMS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and forever discharge The Archive from any claims arising from or related to: publication of your Submission, editing or adaptation of your Submission, public commentary or audience reaction, emotional distress arising from publication, loss of anonymity, or derivative creative use of the Submission. You waive any right to inspect or approve final published versions.

VI. FORBIDDEN OFFERINGS
You shall not submit material that: knowingly defames another person, contains unlawful threats, promotes violence or criminal conduct, includes explicit exploitation of minors, violates applicable law, or contains malicious software, spam, or fraudulent content.
